Over time, the surface of the roof over your property will become worn down by natural weather conditions. Reconditioning and re-spraying your roof will restore it so that it can continue to provide you with the protection you need, whilst adding value to your property. Reconditioning and re-spraying your roof is a much cheaper alternative to replacing the entire roof.

All Districts Coating can assist with cleaning, repairing and painting your roof, to get it back to its former glory. We are able to recondition and re-spray Colorbond, Galvanised Iron, Concrete tile, and Terracotta tiled roofs.

We will first repair the roof, replacing all broken tiles and re-bed and re-point ridge capping where required. For metal roofs, we will treat any areas that have been overcome by rust, and replace any sheets that can’t be fixed. Once all repairs have been completed, our team will then pressure clean the roof, to prepare the surface for re-spraying.

Our experienced team can help you to select the right colour for your roof that will compliment the rest of your property. We only use premium quality painting materials, and can also apply a specialty heat-reflective coating to your roof, to increase its insulation properties. This can reduce your energy costs, by lessening the need to run air conditioning.

At All Districts Coating, our focus is always on delivering the highest quality workmanship, services and products on time and to budget.
