Lipman Offices Parramatta

All Districts Coating completed the external rendering of the building that houses the Lipman offices in Parramatta. We also assisted with the refurbishment of the lobby and 1st floor. Our skilled team professionally painted the walls, high free-standing columns, external high ceilings, internal wet area ceilings and common area ceilings.

Special Finishes Products Used:

• Application of x1 coat of LimeProof Porters Sealer and x3 coats of Porters Liquid Tin; followed with a hand burnishing application and then finished with Porters Clearcote Sealer.
• External Product for Walls, Columns & External Soffits: Dulux Weather Shield Matt Finish (Colour: Monument).
