Parramatta Aquatic Centre

All Districts Coating is proud to have been called upon by Lipman to complete specialised work for the impressive Parramatta Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Parramatta Park, covering a sprawling 40,000 square meters.

This remarkable facility boasts a 50-meter, 10-lane outdoor heated pool with ample seating, a 25-meter indoor recreational pool, an indoor learn-to-swim pool, an indoor splash play area, multipurpose community rooms, spa and sauna facilities, a well-equipped fitness centre, a welcoming café, and an abundance of up to 200 parking spots.

The project also displayed a commitment to sustainability by moving 60,000 cubic meters of dirt during construction and planting over 500 indigenous trees. Notably, the health and wellbeing centre features solar panels generating an impressive 142,000 kilowatts of power annually, equivalent to 20 times the energy usage of an average Australian home.
